I am writing to let you know how delighted I am with the SPS Cream you recommended to me. After struggling for months with pain in my left arm from breaks I had as a child, and now being aggravated from carrying my young daughter, I am pleased to let you know that I am now PAIN FREE. In fact I can honestly say I felt a difference almost immediately after starting to use the cream. Within a few days there was a marked difference, and now a few months on, I am no longer using the cream and all symptoms have disappeared. SPS Cream truly id a miracle cream. I have just returned from Lourdes and am enclosing a cheque for the First Aid Kit, which arrived the day before I left and was excellent.

I used a lot of remedies with excellent results and although I had said that I wouldn’t, I did actually use some for the sick pilgrims. I found the Belladonna very effective for headaches and used the Nux Vomica to good effect. However I seemed to use the Arsenicum Album the most, as everyone is liable to tummy upsets from the French food and change of climate. It also seems to work extremely well in cases where only diarrhoea was involved, rather than vomiting as well. I gave one 30c to one person, who later told me that the diarrhoea stopped almost immediately after taking it.
